TriTix will be hosting the first ever TriTix Demo Extravaganza.  During the Webinar, attendees will have the opportunity to watch efficient 40-minute demos from a multitude of vendors.  Each presenter will follow a specific format that was created by TriTix members in order to ensure attendees get the most out of each demo. Attendees have the opportunity to participate in as many or as few demos as the see fit.  

Dates / Times:  

  • Part 1 - February 20, 2019 w/ first demo starting @ 12:30 pm eastern
  • Part 2 - February 21, 2019 w/ first demo starting @ 12:30 pm eastern

OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this event is to allow members to learn about numerous ticketing platform and/or third party vendors in a short amount of time.  Additionally, it is meant to serve as a platform for TriTix members to share information about their products and services to other members.

Cost(s):  

  • Half Registration: Part 1 Only = $15
  • Half Registration: Part 2 Only = $15
  • Full Registration = $25
  • Group Registration = $75

Part 1

  • Ability to watch up to 6 interactive ticketing platform vendor demo presentations
  • Learn about a multitude of different platforms in a quick, efficient manner
  • Request follow up information & ask questions as you see fit
  • Join the demos you want to see and skip the ones you don't! 

Note:  All presentations follow a format predetermined by TriTix members like you!


Part 2

  • Ability to watch up to 6 interactive third party vendor demo presentations
  • Learn about a multitude of different platform add-ons & third-party offerings in a quick, efficient manner
  • Request follow up information & ask questions as you see fit
  • Join the demos you want to see and skip the ones you don't! 
  • Great for professionals working with venue / organizations as well as ticketing platform and other third party vendors!

 

Presenters

Cost(s):  

  • Presenters* = $225 per demo / presentation
  • *Limited presentation spots available. All spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

A.  Full Registration

  • Ability to watch up to 6 interactive third party vendor demo presentations
  • Learn about a multitude of different platforms and vendors in a quick, efficient manner

B.  Demo Presentation 

  • Allotted 40 minute time slot for demo
  • Opportunity to send one pre-event message to attendees
  • Receive a list of members that request follow up info along with their contact info 
  • Share presentation slides with attendees
  • Access to the post event registration list with authorization for up to 2 follow up communication blasts  

 

PRESENTATION FORMAT

Because there are numerous demos taking place during this event, TriTix has created a presentation format / outline in order to make the presentations more consistent and easy to follow for attendees.  All presenters must use the predetermined format.  The exact format has not yet been determined.  More details are to come.
